Make it clear, then make it easy.
Put each fingertip just behind its fret wire. Pluck all four strings separately. If one buzzes, adjust that finger. Then sweep your thumb down across all four strings.
Try each change five times, slowly.
Strum once, move your fingers, strum again. It's fine to pause. Start the song when the shapes feel familiar; clean changes come with practice.
